I will be sharing a brief history of the labyrinth and showing you how this ancient tool has been used by many different cultures for meditation, contemplation, healing, and guidance on your spiritual path. I have walked many different labyrinths over the years and I love to share my experience with this powerful spiritual tool and show you how you can benefit from it for your own spiritual guidance. This focused walking meditation can also serve to reduce stress and connect you with your wise, intuitive self. You can use the labyrinth as a blueprint for your own journey through your personal challenges of family, work, entrepreneurship, study, or major life transitions.
