The voice of our soul is always guiding us, but often we are not listening. We tend to be in our heads much of the time listening to the voice of fear, doubt and worry.
In my video today I share a simple awareness practice and journal prompt to help you listen to the voice of your soul, the voice of love instead of fear, so you can thrive.
I share the wonderful quote from Anne Sexton “Put your ear down close to your soul and listen hard”.
I challenge you to do that this week and to dialogue with your soul in your journal to receive inspired guidance.
